Happy Hour Cocktail for Summer Fridays

There are plenty of reasons to love Summer Fridays. And one of them is that 5 o’clock comes early. We recommend the GREY GOOSE® East 8 for your happy hour. It’s a spiked version of the produce section of the grocery store. Just go with it.

What you need:

• Rocks glass (also goes by ‘Old Fashioned glass’)

• 45 ml GREY GOOSE

• 30 ml pineapple juice

• 15 ml Aperol

• 15 ml fresh lime juice

• 15 ml simple syrup (basically, sugar water)

• 7.5 ml passion fruit syrup

What you need to do:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

2. Add all (repeat: all) ingredients to said cocktail shaker

3. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
